Affordable Connectivity Program

Households can qualify for the ACP by showing that at least one member of their household meets one of the following:

• Participates in the WIC Program

• Participates in the FCC’s Lifeline Program

• Has household income at or below 200% of federal poverty limit (level adjusted from EBB)

• Participants in free & reduced-priced school lunch program

• Medicaid, SNAP Benefits, and SSI

• Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)

• Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit Free
and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program

• Tribal Programs for Residents for Qualifying Tribal Lands

Tribal Specific Programs:

• Bureau of Indian Affairs General Assistance,

• Tribal Head Start (only households meeting the relevant income qualifying standard),

• Tribal Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
(Tribal TANF)

Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations Households CANNOT use the following to qualify for ACP:

• A substantial loss of income

• Participation in a providers COVID-19 program

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) modifies and extends the existing Emergency Broadband Benefit Program (EBBP Program) and will help low-income households pay for broadband services and connected internet devices.
