Wireless Professional Solutions does not offer any refunds or exchanges on purchases.

Defective Item

If the item you purchased at our retail location or online is found to be defective, Wireless Professional Solutions may offer an exchange for the same product or store credit towards the purchase of another product if following conditions are met; The product is in the same physical condition as it was when it was purchased and the original packaging is in tact.

To process an exchange for a defective item, Wireless Professional Solutions must first inspect the item to ensure the above mentioned conditions are met and that the item has not be compromised in any way. If it is found that the product is indeed defective, Wireless Professional Solutions will then issue a store credit to the original purchaser of the item.
